GOLDEN FRIED FISH

At first sight, the beer battered fish looked a lil over-fried, however it tasted amazing. The skin was crisp and light. Batter was not too thick of a layer and it was full of fish which tasted so tender and tasty.

The fries was filled with potato which is good ‘cause fries essentially should be more potatoes, less fried batter. They were pretty crispy on the outside while being soft inside. Perfect match with the ketchup dip.

Side salad was served with some vinegar dressing. Love it whenever restaurants set aside the salad dressing for varying customers’ preferences for their salad.
