It was a late bday treat for my friend. We went for sushi omakase which was about 100 for 6 pieces. We had 12..enjoyed it and it was a bit pricier than expected but it was a last minute booking. Fresh fish but could have used a little less aburi although they were not heavy handed about it but hoping the sweetness would shine through a bit more. We loved the soup to finish and drank it all up and despite thinking we were too full, we enjoyed the ice cream.
We were mm-ing and ah-ing over the engawa (flounder fin). It was soooo good.
Good value and very tasty $19 with fluffy short grain rice.
Creamy and sweet. White shrimp.
Very tasty. Meaty and good complement of sauce!
Fatty tuna
Shirako and a 🐚
Barramundi aburi
A nice end to the meal. $10. Very tender and not overly sweet.
$16. We shared this among 3 people. Its tasty and satisfying but quite greasy so it's better shared. Using US beef. The bread was soft and didnt stand up to squeezing with the fingers when trying to bite though the beef and pull lol.
