Had this burger at TBB's brand new #TBBSAFARI outlet in the shared space with OFC! 🦁Unlike your usual saucy, savory pulled pork burger, this one was on a lighter side. Not as saucy but equally flavorful! Tender pulled pork w leafy greens. What's really special about this burger is it's buns! Embed with coriander seeds that adds an addictive uplifting floral note & sunflower & sesame seeds for more texture. A seemingly simple burger packed w flavour & surprises! Goes really well w a cup of ice latte for a hot afternoon lunch. Will definitely be back for more! 🌿🍔🌿

Had to try this limited time only chili crab XLB that's 10% bigger than normal XLB & have a lot more zhup! It's only valid till the 31st Aug 2018 for the National bday month. Love that there's visible crab meat topped on the usual pork meat in the bao & they're not lying about the zhup! Like true chili crab sauce, it is not overpowering spicy & is subtle sweet that's suitable for kids too. I would say it's definitely worth the try & a great creation done well! Almost like having 2 dishes in 1. Hurry try it before the month is over! 🦀🦀🇸🇬

The fried oysters were really yummy, well breaded, crispy & umami! 👍🏻 The ebi fry on the other hand did not fare as well & can probably skip it on the buffet spread.

Tender, sweet thinly-sliced Wagyu Beef w a creamy yolk! Mix them all tgr & devour it as the creamy yolk coats the fresh meat 👅💦💦

Salmon sashimi was fresh, sweet & thickly sliced! They were definitely not miser about giving free-flow fish! Tako wasabi was really yummy too! Nice crunch, fresh & brings a good kick of wasabi.

We ordered 3 different cuts of beef & they were nice enough to place them in a platter! Consisted of Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Wagyu Beef Rib Intercostal & Wagyu Beef Rib Eye Cap. My fav was definitely the Short Ribs! It was the most tender cut of all 3 & had a really nice buttery taste. The marbling on the meats were so pretty & glistened like red ruby slabs! ✨✨❤️❤️✨✨

I could probably eat this forever. This beef tongue is perfectly lightly seasoned w some olive oil, salt & pepper. Once grilled, it becomes this crunchy, chewy slice that explodes umami flavors! It's so easy to eat & it melts in your mouth. ❤️

Premium beef buffet!!! Say whutttt?? Omg yasssss 😍❤️❤️ so gooood! Free flow beef, free flow sashimi, free flow drinks & free flow Ben & Jerry's ice cream! There were plenty of assorted seafood like Shishamo, scallops, tako wasabi, prawns, etc. Definitely do starve yourself before coming down so you can indulge on premium beef! The gyu tan, beef cubes & beef short ribs were my fav! #WHACK 👅💦💦 This place is great for families & big groups.

KFC's signature Hot & Crispy chicken coated with a glorious mixture of salted egg, aromatic curry leaves & sweet basil! Yasssss this is da bombzzzz! Love that it isn't too overpowering salty & has a great touch of spice heat! 🔥🔥👅💦

This generous pot of small but super plump blue mussels doused in white wine & fresh herbs is a definite must order! 💙💙 The mussels were tender & soaked up all that white wine goodness. This dish is also served w sourdough slices on the side so use them to clean the pot dry! Very addictive dish that you'll find yourself reaching into the pot again & again until every single shell is emptied.

Lightly seasoned, these golden shoe string fries make the perfect beer snack! ✨

This beef stew leaves nothing to the imagination as it came just as it is. Almost tender beef cubes in flavorful stew. Hmm as stated in the menu, it was meant to be served with "Cheese Soldiers" but what came with it was just a generic round garlic bread (?) — though it was nicely toasted & fluffy, it seemed to be missing the cheese. For $18, seems a tad steep & one dimensional for what was served.
