Established in late 2015, Artemis Grill occupies the 40th level top floor of the newly built CapitaGreen office tower, combining a luxurious dining room with an adjacent open-air garden bar.
Diners enjoy spectacular panoramic views across the Singapore skyline and coastline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the expansive outdoor garden bar is a prime destination for casual after-work and late-night drinks. Artemis serves excellent executive lunch set with a breathtaking view to impress.
That said, Artemis’ Mediterranean food selection is just as sensational as its panoramic view.
From it's appetizer to main and dessert, every dish is outstanding. Did I mention they give you hot plates for sharing?
You won't regret coming to @artemis.sg for dining.

This Italian restaurant in the CBD area has an unpretentious, laid-back atmosphere for some authentic Italian food.
Make sure you get one of the pastas as your main. While every pasta option on the menu sounded awesome, we ordered their pasta of the day, seafood pasta and the pasta is cooked perfectly al-dente. Kudos to the boss and Assistant manager for giving us tiramisu for my girlfriend who's celebrating her birthday! They're amazing at service and personal touch even though we went for the burpple beyond promo. 5 stars to this place!
Established since 1934, dishes offered here are very hainanese, including steamed chicken rice with chilli sauce and ginger dip, pork chop, chap chye, mutton soup and more. My favorite is the Hainanese Mix Vegetable ($9) or chap chye, with well-stewed cabbage, black fungus and vermicelli in savoury bean sauce.
it's been a while since my last visit and their dishes are still on point. Highly recommend this place for authentic chicken rice experience!

Kao yu is a fish dish that comprises a massive fish that’s first grilled before allowing it to poach over a fire in a rich broth alongside other ingredients such as chilli, vegetables and an assortment of other aromatics.
These massive platters of piping- hot grilled fish are sure to satisfy any fish lovers cravings and, given its size, is perfect for sharing among larger groups.

These rice cakes were boiled and deep fried to make the outside golden crispy, while the insides remained soft. This dish is popular among diners who would like to neutralise the flavours in their mouth after a spicy meal.
Half of the cake was made of original rice cake and the other half was made of black sesame. Coated with maple syrup, this sticky and chewy dessert ended the meal on a sweet note. .

Each outlet has its own unique specialty ramen dishes. At Paragon, the highlights of the menu are the shoyu Asari clam broth and the crab broth ramen.
It was almost a full house when I was there at dinner on a Friday. The Hototogisu crab ramen arrived after 20 minutes. The crab broth is apparently made by simmering Japanese blue crabs. The resulting crab broth reminded me of a mild lobster bisque. The seafood flavour is there but it is light but not “in your face” strong like a robust prawn noodle soup. .
A slice of lemon and a dab of sour cream was also added to the soup. These two ingredients did not really add any individually detectable flavour, although they might have helped in creating a background complexity. I could smell the fragrance of the lemon. A ball of crab & tomato paste added a bit more flavour to the whole thing.

TATSU is the ideal venue if you are after a gastronomical Japanese experience. Located in Asia square, this is a hidden gem. Although it's pricey with $25++ for this avocado unagi maki roll a.k.a dragon roll, it tastes as good as it looks!
#TASTU dragon puts the rest of the sushi houses to shame. Everything served are fresh, creative and high quality.

Highly recommend this hidden gem for cafe hopping in JB!
Its an elegant riverside dining destination with soft lighting and lush greenery.
The authentic yet contemporary Italian cuisine was imagined by Executive Chef Marco Turatti using only the freshest ingredients.
A must-try appetizer dish would be the ever-popular Burrata ($29). Cutting through the outer layer of soft homemade mozzarella cheese revealed the rich aroma and the light creamy texture of buttered cheese burrata.
It comes with rocket leaves, purple eggplant caviar, onions, smoked olives and roasted tomatoes – bold tangy flavours that really lifts the dish as a whole.
Tried their wood-fired pizza, Publico Seven Cereali ($26), which uses a seven-pelt flour base in making the sweet multigrain dough and comes topped with two types of homemade cheese (ricotta and primosalle) and juicy roasted seasonal root vegetables like carrots and beetroot.
Complemented by the sharpness of sun-dried tomatoes and the aroma of herbs, this is one vegetarian pizza that’ll satisfy even the meat eaters!
Let’s not forget the fresh pasta here! The Rigatoni Amatrician is perfectly porky and spicy.
Extra cheese please!
