Two of my favorite selections on the menu: cold poached prawns and laksa. The prawns were super fresh and the laksa broth was fragrant and thick. 😋😋😋

Spread some home made TRUFFLE BUTTER (or a lot of it!!) on top or munch this with veal jus, red wine sauce, or onion gravy. One slice will never be enough!! 😋😋😋. Must try!!

One is tangy and one is creamy, and when you mix it together the flavor profile changes. And oh my!! It's sooo good 😋

Such a unique appetizer to celebrate Valentine's Day this year. It's only $188++ per couple for a semi-buffet (incl. two glasses of Veuve Clicquot champagne).
