Favourite Japanese Restaurants

This has taken over the title of my favourite Bento box from a food kiosk! It comes with a portion of fragrant and sticky Japanese mushroom rice as well as 3 generous rolls of tamago egg which are filled with tantalising cheese. Every bite into the creamy egg rolls was a bite into a little bit of heaven. I loved the texture and taste of the succulent char-grilled meat. The only thing that could've made this gastronomic experience better would be if they were more generous with the drizzles of teriyaki sauce and if they actually started a restaurant where we could consume the dish warm on the spot.
P.S. but bringing this home and having it in front of your Favourite TV show for an affordable price of $10.50 is a sweet experience too.

Comfort food on rainy days — Fresh scallops paired with a half-cooked egg and chewy brown soba. Broth may be a tad sweet but with a sprinkle of chilli powder will balance the taste just right :-)
