Krabby Patty 🍔

Tried this again after seeing consistent good reviews online - but same with my first visit, I find the buns too oily, and the patties tad bit lacking of seasoning (and a little dry). Fries are okay though slightly oily as well. Overall, still decent and could provide some burger craving fix. Might not try again soon cause 2/2 misses for me alr 🙃

Went back with a slightly reduced appetite as compared to my other visits and just opted for a single patty burger and shoestring fries

Sadly, the hype I had for all my previous visits (always double patty) was not met by the single 🥲 though the sauce is a good saving grace, the overall burger is a bit flat (literally and not). I find the shoestring fries more enjoyable too as compared to the sweet potato one (personal bias on potato fries lol)

Not sure if this was a one-off thing for their single burgers, but I will only return for doubles (no fail so far) 😂

Second default burger order after SmokeShack 😋 this burger needs no intro - just a plain old cheeseburger, with tomato, lettuce, and Shacksauce (which makes everything bind together). Quite sinful with the oil, but don’t mind having it again when in the area (& no queue - yes, people still queue after many years haha)

Got mixed reviews for this dish online, and while I was hoping I will get to the good side, what I had just lingered in the middle

The patty is tad bit overcooked to my liking, but is still a bit juicy. The whole burger is ok, truffle mayo + sauteed onions 👌🏻 Nothing special with the fries. Too much truffle oil, maybe

Price is a bit steep, tbh. But I guess you are paying for the view when you dine here? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was intending to try BurgerLabo but by a happy accident (since they are closed on Mondays), ended up in 2280 (also by BurgerLabo)

Menu is quite limited (I think only 2-3 items for now for burgers?). I opted to try the 2280 Burger (double patty) with their Sweet Potato Fries. I loved the burger a lot. The simplicity of the burger (exterior) with just the patty, melted cheese, and pickled onion, is won over by the taste - each bite is packed and satisfying. The patty is quite lean and coarse but still tender and flavourful. The onions give a good hint of contrast to the meaty taste (esp I had double).

Liked the fries as well. I was never a fan of sweet potato fries but enjoyed this serving - crunchy and sweet. Nice contrast to the fluffy burger

Place is quiet with industrial feels. It’s very close to my place as well and can easily visit

This big-ass Double Botak burger ($21.40 for the set) is super filling. The patties though huge, are very tender and juicy. The seasoning on the patties are flavourful which is elevated too by the grill taste. Really enjoyable. It has the usual fillers of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

The set comes with spicy fries (can opt for non-spicy too) and coleslaw. There are other side options that can be chosen too.

Price is quite steep for a hawker stall though, and is almost at par with some mall burger chains. But basing on the serving size of both the main and the sides, I think it’s quite ok. (Still ex!! Lol) Might just order a la carte next time though as it’s very heavy for me 😅

Had this SmokeShack ($11.60) delivered and it came in a very sturdy box (even better than most of our Shopee purchase boxes lol) with big enough room for the ~precious~ burger.

This is always top of mind if I want to get some fast, juicy, greasy burger. Love the cherry peppers - could be overpowering for some, but most of the time, the amount is just nice for the spice/sour taste to blend in together with the rest of the components. Bacon, of course, is good, though not notable. Would eat this interchangeably with their usual ShackBurger 👌🏻

It's fastfood Friday for me and le colleagues. Scored this Western Cheeseburger at $11.90 (with drinks and fries).

Cheese, bacon, onion rings, grilled beef patty, and barbecue sauce in one burger is heaven-like for meat-cravers like me 😍 Not much of a burger fan for lunch, but this got me full 👍🏻

Have heard so much about myBurgerLab. And finally got to witness the craze!

Verdict? Well, first of all, very long queue! Better be prepared to wait for around 30-40mins if you wanna try their burgers (20mins on the line, 20mins waiting). Food choices and the whole menu is creatively done. I ordered Beautiful Mess (mehehe Jason Mraz. Nope kidding) at RM19.50 as I was quite interested on how the sunny side up could actually pair up with the burger. It had a beef patty, Portobello mushroom, honey mustard, cheese, and yup, the egg. I am not too much of a burger girl, but I liked it. It was too big though, I thought it wouldn't fit my mouth haha. Egg was too runny - on some parts it made the taste balanced, but for some, I think it oversoaked my burger haha - which I found weird. It was actually my first time having a charcoal bread - texture is nice! Hehe, didn't notice the difference with normal buns.

The place is super crowded. Bring some patience pill in here haha. Friendly staff anyway :)
