Singapore Hot Pots And Steamboats
I’ve possibly found my new favourite all-you-can-eat steamboat place with Guo Fu Steamboat. I’ve previously introduced this place and this is fast becoming my go-to steamboat in Central area. The soup bases are tasty, the ingredients fresh and plentiful. The mala soup base is even drinkable according to @van.kumar and @must.love.pugs. Highly recommended!
A must-eat at this joint! The restaurant mixed up our grilled fish order with someone else’s and it seemed like it happens quite frequently: they were unfazed and quick to rectify. Nonetheless will advise all to check your order once it arrives. Will return for spicy fix!

$26.80++ for adults for dinner. Pasir Ris is sorely lacking a steamboat venue (apart from Fat Fish) and this new venture partnered by Astons is just right. With 4 soup bases to choose from, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. In fact this restaurant boasts to be a hot pot in a market setting, where food prep is open concept in the middle of the restaurant for all to see. The requisite steamboat ingredients are all available, and some exotics like bamboo clam and pig intestine. Cooked snacks such as samosas and curry chicken were also available. This buffet includes free flow soft drinks and dessert (soft serve, red bean soup, fruits). I utterly enjoyed my meal here and foresee returning soon.
We did, at 10.30am being the first customers. Love their 三鲜 (3 treasures?) soup to death.

It is relatively hot as crowded and reservations welcomed. The soup base, especially the pork bone, is stellar. The fish skin is awesome dipped into any of the 3 soups. Recommended for groups! #BurppleSteamboat
Steamboat buffet at Tian Fu (~$35/pax) with their succulent lobster soup. This is a must-try! Skip the scallop and just order a huge pot of this. Drinkable from the pot, the soup gets better once you cook more items in it. Open till late, a good place for supper.
Not worth the journey, stay at home!
Cooked food, somtam, free flow drinks and ice cream available. Following the salted egg craze, they offer salted egg soup which sounds completely weird to me. The chicken soup thickens to a sweet sweet thick broth, somewhat of a happy problem.
The scallops are 😍
$32 per pax for weekend dinner incl free flow drinks and ice cream. Nice soup bases, must try for steamboat lovers!
