These stalls that look like those Dai Pai Dong in HK sells anything and everything from Ramen to grilled meat and seafood is worth a try. Although they tend to charge foreigners more it's actually on the expensive side, it's still a good experience. The Ajuma makes wicked sauce for respective seafood and meat selection and you don't get this at the restaurants!

You can pick and choose your soup base from cheese, seafood, ham to kimchi. Basically you can add in anything you like and the soup is nicely balanced (taste is just right). Value for money too.
