I just got to order lobster because it is lobster Monday at Stella. 450g of whole grilled live Boston lobster topped with garlic aioli. The lobster is deliciously fresh and nothing beats its sweet and juicy meat 》$43
550g of well-marinated mibrasa grilled pork ribs glazed in BBQ sauce with tender, moist meat that easily comes off the bone. Serve with mesclun salad and balsamic dressing. The portion is good for sharing 》$36
While these are nothing like real steak, it makes a delicious vegetarian option packed with satisfying savoury flavour. The grilled cauliflower steak is sous vide in butter and finished on the grill with a beautiful caramelised layer. The exterior was crunchy and the interior is soft with a flavorful smoky taste, served with cauliflower puree, chimichurri and grated parmesan 》$14
A comforting dish that originated in Valencia, Spain. Fideuà de Marisco is another delicious variation of seafood paella made with pasta instead of rice. It is prepared with a typical base of pasta, peppers, tomatoes and a flavourful combination of mixed seafood such as calamari, prawns and clams 》$26
The Spanish tortilla is a traditional omelette dish made of eggs and potatoes while the one at ASPA comes with bits of bak kwa and mojo sauce for an added savoury touch 》$9
ASPA is known to be the first in SG to launch the Spanish paella cooked in claypot, a time-honoured cooking method favoured in Asian cuisine.
The Paella Pollo Chorizo served here is the wet and brothy type with chicken leg, diced chorizo and asparagus. I like how the charred flavour from the crispy rice base gave this dish an added texture and a lovely smoky aroma.

Bite-sized and coated with addictive 'mala' spice. The crispy and deep-fried strips are well-battered and not too oily with some tender duck meat underneath. Do note that there is more bone than meat and this should be treated as a very light bite snack 》$8.80
Springy noodles submerge in duck broth and topped with juicy duck meat. The taste of the broth was slightly herbal and reminded me of the broth from another duck instant noodle. The duck meat is fragrant, tender and juicy, accompanied well by the sauce and chilli 》$13.80
Delightfully battered and seasoned calamari rings done crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside sans the rubber texture that we sometimes get from other calamari rings 》$8.90
Finger-licking marinated pork ribs that are crispy on the outside and oh-so-juicy inside. Accompanied with a side of greens and mustard dressing. It works well as bites to share 》$22
The slow-cooked pork jowl glazed with miso is deliciously moist with a good ratio of meat and fats, served with tangy apple purée and cabbage.
\\ Part of Twelve Flavours x Makan@JEN $88 Dinner Course Menu (À la carte $30)
Served with beurre blanc sauce made from razor clams and sake lees.
The cod was rich and buttery 🤤 with the creamy sauce and wine adding complexity to this dish.

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
