Easily one of my favourite ice cream & waffles parlour around, Creamier has maintained its consistency since day one with its classic yet creamy ice cream flavours & perfectly crisp waffles.

The Mango Passionfruit Sorbet is perfect for the sweltering Singapore weather-sour, tangy and icy cold, this combination will definitely perk you up! Pair it with their nutty creamy roasted pistachio which is so well-balanced with that hint of saltiness. Add them to a cube of freshly baked waffles for that additional crunch & you've got the perfect dessert!

The outlet at Gillman Barracks serves them on corn ware due to the high influx of customers, which allows them to turnover the space & cutleries quicker. So don't be surprised when you visit the next time round & wonder why you aren't served the usual ceramic white plates & metal cutlery.

Newly opened The Ice Cream Bar SG is located along the popular stretch of Kampong Bahru! Serving you a majority of alcoholic ice cream flavours, the ice cream bar is the perfect spot for alcoholics & dessert lovers alike!

We ordered their Buttermilk Waffles with a triple scoop ($17.60) consisting of Bailey Brownies, Chewy Coffee Whisky & Guinness Pistachio. Do note that premium flavours are $1 more & double premium are $2 more.

First, let's talk about the waffles. The waffles are surprisingly crispy of the edges and fluffy on the inside! As with buttermilk waffles, there is a slight sweetness & saltiness to it, making it a great pairing with the ice cream flavours we chose.

In general, all three flavours were well-balanced in terms of alcohol to non-alcoholic flavour ratio. the alcohol flavours was not overpowering & when paired with the waffles, the non-alcoholic flavour seems to shine through a lil' more.

Of the lot, the one that stood out to me would be the Guinness Pistachio. When you think Guinness, you think of that smooth chocolate-y mouthful. That's what I got, but with an additional nuttiness from the pistachios. So so good!

Will definitely be back to try out the other flavours!

I looooooove hojicha, so this definitely caught my eye when I flipped through the menu. The hojicha flavors were pretty distinct, but I would've wished if it were slightly stronger to give that burst of flavor. But if you're not a fan of strong flavors, this will definitely suit you!

Crispy fried sous vide chicken paired with buttermilk waffles is definitely the trend right now & you may think it's just another cafe serving the trend. But when chicken is sous vide then fried, it's crispy on the outside & moist on the inside, which makes it perfect! Pair it with the chive buttermilk waffles & it's addictive.

😋 5x5's version of Thai Milk Tea ice cream is superb & goes oh so well with their crispy yet fluffy waffles which makes it so easy to finish! Oh & their nachos with cheese & salsa dips is a MUST order! Not kidding, for realz. It's THAT good.

The people from Strangers did it right with the opening on Curious Palette - immersing yourself in natural light, upbeat indie mixes, your dose of Magic & comforting food. Combat cold, with more cold! Met up with the bunch and shared two waffles! Featuring Horlicks Tim Tam, Baileys, Raspberry Sorbet, Salted Caramel and Peppermint Choc! We all loved what we selected!

Finally got the chance to head down for my dose of waffles at my fav ice cream parlour! Yay to delicious waffles, their standards really didn't drop much. Sadly, the soft serve didn't look as pretty as others cause it was tilting till it almost toppled ): but still good nonetheless! I wanna try the other varieties!

Hands down the most crispy waffles with a tinge of saltiness. The salted caramel sauce and bacon complemented each other with sweet & salty, making it easy to down the waffles in just minutes! Yay to Tuesdays Waffles.

A pretty small portion, so it's kinda depressing, but the combination of ice cream & waffles are really good! Could be a tad bit crispy tho!

Hazelnut waffles seriously never fails! This tasted better than the Smores though the waffle portion was quite small.

My ultimate fav from last night - deep fried & well marinated chicken thigh, crispy yet fluffy waffles paired with bacon butter & maple syrup! That is heaven right there for you! Though stated under the sides section, I had this as a main & it was definitely filling, worth every bit of my $10!
