Popular London burger restaurant MEATliquor makes its international debut in Singapore at Duxton Hill, bringing over some serious gritty swag with their hipster maritime-themed decor and vibrant graffiti. Apart from their selection of gourmet burgers, also expect chicken wings and cocktails. If you're looking for a place to let loose with friends and have a sinfully greasy night out, MEATliquor certainly fits the bill. Go for their signature Dead Hippie burger ($22) which features two French mustard-fried beef patties topped with their signature "dead hippie" sauce, or the cheesy and spicy Dirty Chicken Burger ($16). Have the Sambal Fries ($10) on the side and wash that all down with an Oolong Floater ($22) — mango and oolong soda with Pampero rum.
But a good burger like this definitely brightened my day. I'm a person who'd rather have burgers over pizza/pasta!
Looks interesting, and for people. who wants "value for money" this ought to be a good choice. However, the fish wasn't as tasty on its own (tartare sauce was served aside). Need some sauce to go with it
