Kobe Ribeye Marbling 9, US Short Ribs, Pork Crackles. The short ribs were so tender that they just fell apart in my mouth. And the pork crackles appeared to me to be a mix of traditional Chinese roast pork belly and German Pork knuckle, which is a good thing. The Kobe Ribeye was a mix of both firmness and tenderness, packed full of beef flavour. One of the highly recommended dishes to order t Savour 2015!

The fatty goodness of toro topped with a creamy truffle miso sauce. The ginger flower placed on top lends a refreshing kick against everything else on the plate.

Tonight will be the final session for Savour 2015. The afternoon session has been cancelled as a sign of respect to the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew. For those who are headed down to the event tonight, be sure to try out this dish, especially if you are an Uni lover. Al Dente linguine flavoured by bottarga and creamy uni. This might be why the Deliciae group (L'entrecote, Forlino, Bumbo Rum Club, Sabio by the Sea) has one of the longest queues every night.
