We’ve got our heart set on the lobster al forno, an Italian classic of absolutely fresh and succulent Boston lobster—its firm flesh crunching between our teeth like music to the ears, served alongside a piquantly robust handmade spaghetti pomodoro. $16.90 after gst. Average, not as yummy as the one at symmetry as broth was on the sour side and pasta was a little too soft; but look at the number of clams! I tried and lost count but there's probably more than 20 of it. They actually have 1-for-1 lunch till 3pm but I was alone so it could have been more worth it.
Seafood Pasta infused with Thai flavours. Creamy, spicy & sour with hints of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Would be better if the spaghetti was al dente.

Coming back with friends on a Friday night is the best thing ever. Conversation and buffet. What more can you ask for! Yummy well seasoned meat and many other ala carte on the menu.. Go Thai!
It was thinner than the rest but made it much easier to eat.
After a good 10 mins of photo-taking, we finally had our meal! The main dish including assorted Naan and rice topped up with the side dishes, truly satisfied our tummies. Thanks Burpple!
Ambush currently has $10.90 value sets which are of pretty good prices with the main dish, soup of the day and a drink of choice. I tried the cream pasta with roe and clams - it was pretty creamy, with just the right amount of moisture; and with each mouthful, the roe complements the pasta well. Felt it was worth it for simple dining!
Me: "Okay!" And so, this happened.
This beef wellington has goat cheese & even though I didn't try it, I can smell from a distance. We love cheese but just not goat cheese. Guess it's an acquired taste. Maybe they should have another version to replace the goat cheese with other cheese for non goat cheese lover.
