Keisuke's 6th outlet at Parkway Parade has 4 new types of ramen inspired by the different matsuri (festivals) in Japan. This ramen yuki matsuri is inspired by a festival in hokkaido hence the miso soup base and parmesan cheese which looks like snow ❄
