this dish is a safe bet for a good time at savour

with saffron cream sauce, slow braised
kurobuta pork cheek, beetroot puree and winter truffle. would describe this as "Ang moh" xiao long bao, with a cheese filling

black truffle, toro, rice noodle, vermicelli, dry shrimp powder. Honestly I felt that this dish sounded better on paper. Maybe because it sounded so good, my expectations were so high that no matter how this dish tasted, it would have been a letdown. Wouldn't say that this dish is a must try but maybe if you're looking for a dish that reminds you of singapore and dried mee sua/mee siam/mee goreng, then this dish is for you.
