Halal Cafes
Located at the Madras street under The Great Madras Boutique Hotel, a small and relax vibe of a cafe/restaurant that serves of its kind halal Catalan Tapas. A variety of tapas menu that we have great difficulty in choosing. Not to succumb with gluttony, we decided on 5. The best out of our choices would be the prawns. The spice of the prawns was delectable. A plate can cost between $3-$12. It is reasonably price i would say with the great quality of taste. Definitely to visit again to try the other menus.
Got to try the new kids on the block for halal cafe. Also this situated at Madras Street under the The Daulat Hotel. Small space indoor but there is seatings outside. Food wise we ordered the Turkey Ham Sandwich, Portobello Pizza and Full Breakfast. Price range from $9-19. Sandwich seems normal tasting and quite fulfilling. Full breakfast for today was without avocado. The sausage is juicy as well as the soft scrambled eggs. The unexpected is Portobello pizza. The bread is soft and the sauce is delicious.
Cute little cafe with variety of ice-cream. We got the mix waffle, buttermilk and red velvet. For ice-cream we had the charcoal vanilla, specoolus and thai milk tea. Total cost ard $12.
There is alot of choices in the menu to choose from. Mine is the simpler option. Was very filling though.
The ambience is great. Nice decor. Food was above our expectations. It's of western style breakfast menu with Moroccan flavours to it. Enjoyable meal.
Whimsical settings surrounded by aroma of freshly baked crossaints.
Sincerely delicious, good portion of serving, reasonable price, nice atmosphere although prefer to have more seatings.
