I think I want to make me some of this.
An entire Japanese meal in a bowl! Beef and shitake mushroom teppanyaki, with vegetable stir fry, on a bed of chahan.
This is probably representative of all meals I will have here :( everyday we are eating the same thing! I will prob be slimmer when I return home. Yesterday we had a whole baby lamb roasted for us (served with the head). I only had a tiny bite. Was traumatized by it.
