For valentine's, cooked a grilled ribeye with roasted potatoes with garlic and grilled broccoli and mushrooms.
We still had leftover ampalaya in black bean sauce and steamed book choy with garlic. I steed some hofan noodles and sautéed some Chinese sausage. Added the leftover veggie, seasoned a bit, and wala! Leftover veggies make a savory noodle dish! Fried some spring rolls and I have a full lunch!
