This is a pretty good rendition with plenty of wok hei, thick sticky black sauce that's not too sweet, lotsa pork lard and noodles fried just right (eh, guess al dente's not quite the right word). The other supposedly must-try dish, sang har meen, was just ok. 3.5 nombles.
So so...not very authentic
