Missing the anchovies here, but this was a good fix. The sotong was really good. The sambal was a little on the sweet side but I enjoyed it all the same. Happy with this little find.
In Ipoh, pork noodles are typically noodles served with minced pork or pig parts, lightly boiled, like Singapore's Bak Chor Mee. In KL, pork noodles are often noodles (your choice) served with square meatballs and liver sausages. I've since grown to love these noodles. I like mine dry with extra order of the sausages and minced pork. Tossed in a dark thick soya sauce, the Hor Fun is slurp worthy and delicious!
