Not reviewing cos it's the same items we got last time, but the fact that I rarely go back to a restaurant, much less order the same items should be sufficient info regarding how insanely good the food here is
When they ask you if you want fish or ckn curry, just get both
Pappadums are great at scooping up sauces and such
And honestly the mutton, although not the most tender, combines w the crazy intense sauce to give a slightly jammy texture which was quite interesting
Lovely, and a must try no matter where u stay. They are the best that I can recall. But the foods are spicy tho, enough to slow you down and necessitate sips of their excellent lime juice. How special lime juice tastes when it's freshly squeezed instead of made from concentrate
The South Indian style here has this rendition coated in a thick chili paste, juicy and oily with sharp spicy salty savoury flavour.

The hard-boiled egg has a springy soft chew to texture, with the natural eggy sweet flavour complemented by the fiery chili.

Super, super aromatic and fruity fresh lime juice. Because it's not syrup it's not overly sweet at all, just balanced and refreshing and totally not enough. We were very tempted to order another cup haha

Sauce was super thick yet incredibly pleasantly texturally, being soft and creamy. Full of tomato umami but without too much of the sweetness, it was layered w spices and very rich. Btw we got ckn drumsticks here but that's just luck lol

Most pieces were perfect but some were just a tad more tough, overall a really high standard. This was super intense with punchy spices and a deep flavour. Very hard to fully describe the complexity but I got to say it's a must try
