The highest praise this mango puff will receive is that it's not-too-sweet! 😉 Precisely because of that it's extremely lethal as you can devour many at a time. 😱 The puffs also have a golden 1:1 ratio of pastry and cream which doesn't feel too jelak after several puffs. 😚 the mango filling is extremely fluffy and smooth, with a hint of mango fragrance which does not taste too strong or artificial. 👍 You can even notice the thin mango fibres as they use legit mango puree to make their mango puffs with no artificial flavours!!

Although the puffs may not be puff-connoisseur standard of having a crispy shell, its relatively affordable price makes it all justifiable! Also i think the soft texture is extremely nostalgic as it reminds me those buffet eclairs when buffets were still a thing pre-covid. I think having adding more distinct mango fibres would elevate the texture and the entire puffs entirely. 🙃

If you are looking for an affordable, addictive and nostalgic puff (i ate this since i was a kid!!!!), this mango puff is a must try!! 🤩

One of my all-time fav oreo cheesecakes! Super creamy but tastes light so it doesn’t feel too surfeiting. There’s a thin layer of chocolate sauce between the oreo cookie and the cheesecake layer so it adds a chocolatey flavour to the whole cake. Only wished that the crust is slightly thicker!

1 for $6 or 2 for $10 from J&C bakery. They have other flavours like the original NY cheesecake flavour too :)

Brownies and cakes are a fairly rare commodity now, what with the extended CB measure causing loads of desserts and confectionary shops to close for the time being. So here I am, enjoying my stash from @jncbakery , so kindly gifted to me be my dear @jesssoolio . The Cheese Brownies was rich and perfectly sweet without being sickly. Dense and fudgy, the White Chocolate Brownie was my favourite among the two, and you could taste the crispy/crusty bits of it even after I brought it out from the fridge. Mmm, perfect snack to go with a cup of tea ☕️
