Their salted egg potato chips were sold out again!😭 In desperation I decided to stuff my face with their fries with salted egg yolk dip. I had to wait 10 mins for them to fry the fries. Dip the freshly fried fries in the salted egg sauce and you have the perfect snack to burn your tongue with.

Irvins finally has a permanent physical store! 🎉 Unfortunately they keep selling out of their chips and fish skin. 😰

If you're late, you'll have to settle for their bottled sauce or try their fried tofu/fries. Their sauce is awesome as expected but we really hoped for more sauce! 😝 Make sure you head down early if you want to get ahold of their salted egg chips and fish skin! 🙌
