Another food establishment to jump onboard the mock-meat fad. Here they use Quorn. I must admit I'm sold. The katsu is basically 99% like real meat. The nugget was more fake. I'm willing to eat Quorn... If they're not pricier than real meat. I mean, what's the incentive?
