Signature Hor Fun for half the price during their opening promotion! Very worth it and taste fantastic! Prawns are huge and fresh. The sauce has umami!

Simmered for over 36h in iberico pork bone and seafood, the rich umami-filled gravy is served alongside this massive plate of 𝗛𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 招牌黑猪大虾河粉皇 (𝗨.𝗣. $𝟯𝟴.𝟵𝟬). Suitable for 3 pax, this dish comes with XL prawns, iberico pork, squid and scallops. The crispy deep fried hor fun added a crunchy texture, and we certainly enjoyed the smoky notes. Filled with ingredients, the flavourful omelette is a nice addition to our meal! Would order this again when I revisit 👍

Also had vegetables stir fried with kurobuta pork. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that the drinks are made from natural onsen mineral water taken from the base of Mt. Sakurajima in Kagoshima (one of the best water spots in Japan). Next time you head over, remember to order a drink and let me know if you can tell the difference 😉✨

Freshly made with kurobuta pork, the char siew also falls on the leaner side. If you're a fan of fattier cuts, you might want to try the other side dishes instead.
