Hong Wen Mutton Soup (Beauty World)

Because this sup kambing was the most herbal I've tasted. It's more herbal than it's mutton. That's not necessarily a bad thing. It's a symphony of flavours. But for fans of gamey mutton, this is probably not it. The meat was fine though. Another characteristic was the uneven ratio of soup to ingredients.

Extremely flavourful (can be too gamey for your liking), but I absolutely adore the gamey taste of the mutton when it comes to mutton soup. Perfect for a rainy day.

a light but very herbal soup that was well complemented by coriander. Mutton portion was decent only cos I ordered the biggest portion($8, there's also 5 and 7)
Slightly pricey for the portion but that's all forgotten when I tasted the incredibly tender mutton :) literally fall off the bone(no I didn't misuse the word, the meat actually fell off) it's so soft even the cartilage can be chewed
