medium is perfect ! 100 gram for $48 , pricy yet still worth trying, super tender inside and a tad crispy outside. Black pepper sauce gives it an extra kick!
Rich taste, very complete taste with complexity not often tasted in Japanese ramen.
The soba here is memorable! It's got a good bite and you can taste that it's handmade! The kakiage is average, nothing spectacular though.
Don’t get this thinking you will have plenty of crab meat to munch on because you will be disappointed. Instead, get this for the potent sweetness of the broth. I liked it so much that when the spoon had done all it could, I held the bowl up to my face to get at every drop.
Amongst the dishes we ordered, this was the one I found tastiest.
The pork belly was tender, juicy and very flavourful having been marinated in miso and expertly grilled. I quickly realised I wasn’t the only one who was besotted. In fact, the decision to order a second plate was swift and unanimous.
