Hjh Maimunah Mini (City Square Mall)

Normally eaten as a breakfast dish, I gave this "Lontong" dish a try at lunch time. 🥥 The creamy coconut milk soup accompanied with 2 spoonful of condiments (serunding and sambal chilli) is rich yet not too overpowering. I started diving into the soup and found lots of surprise goodies like tempeh, tofu, hard boiled egg with plenty of veggies (turnips, long bean, cabbage). There are 4 pcs of rice cake in my dish so this is more filling than I thought plus it looks vegetarian, what's not to like? 🤩 #michelinbibgourmand2023

This is really tasty Beehoon Soto. Of course the original Mee Soto but for those who are gluten intolerant to the yellow noodles, there’s beehoon. Repeated purchase.
