For now till 2 September, Hard Rock Cafe Singapore launches a selection of gourmet burgers that pays homage to Romania, USA, India, Brazil and Nepal for the final selection of the 2024 World Burger Tour. We had both the Pittsburgh Burger (USA) and Gramado Burger (Brazil), both massive burgers with layers of flavours. In true American style, the Pittsburgh Burger is a stack of 2 smashed burger patties with smoked bacon, pickles, beer cheese sauce, whisky bacon jam and American cheese. On the other hand, the Gramado Burger is a 7oz steak burger with garlic aioli, whisky bacon jam, arugula and the best part, a crispy mozzarella cheese fritter.
