Fish head doused in fragrant curry and accompanied with an assortment of vegetables. The curry has a nice thickness and is well-balanced in flavours. Although the curry accompanying ingredients are good, it left me walking out feeling not too satisfied because the fish head was much smaller than usual. I’m not sure if this was the usual size of fish head or a downsized version because it’s on promo 》(U.P. $25)
Tucked away inconspicuously in a kopitiam, @golden_charcoal_sg is a relatively new Tze Char store helmed by two young chaps. So we were pleasantly surprised to find their Moonlight Hor Fun (from $5/small) has a distinct wok-hei fragrance. Remember to mix the raw egg in well for a smooth and slurpy-good hor fun.
Be sure to check their sides like Coffee Ribs, Prawn Paste Har Cheong Kai and Assam Fish Head, for a complete tze char feast.

Sinfully indulged in this! Creamy and shioks! Perfect that I ordered 12 mantous to dip into this. The crabs are fresh!
Came down after seeing so many features about the Indian Head Chef Devid from Ipoh, Malaysia. This is special dish with Red Grouper & other seafoods! Very yummy! It tasted like curry with some other spices. Love dishes here! High recommended
