Steamed Egg
The steamed egg is fluffy wobbly soft, with beautiful eggy sweet flavour

Spring Onion Lettuce Salad.
With a mix of fresh lettuce, spring onions, white onions, purple cabbage & white sesame seeds, drizzle in a vinaigrette. Very refreshing & appetizing.

The specialty of @gokbbq_sg would be their aged meat for 15 days at below 4deg which allows the meat to develop richer taste & more tenderness. They even have a prominently visible Meat Aging Room inside the restaurant.

At @gokbbq_sg just sit back, relax & let the expert handle the grill. The professional staff will come over & help cook the meat to perfection. They even use a thermometer to make sure the grill is at the right temperature to ensure the meat be at the best doneness & tenderness!

Not only their aged meats are of the top quality & class, but they also serve really good Korean dishes too!

Ginseng Chicken.
Taste exactly how they’re supposed to be like in Korea. Cut into tender fall-off-the-bone chicken with a good portion of glutinous rice inside which had absorbed flavours of both the chicken & the broth & finish the meal off with spoonfuls of a fragrant, herb-laden broth.

Buckwheat cold noodles.
The broth is light, cold very refreshing with the noodles being very addictive chewy.

I tried

Aged Pork Jowl.
Well-marbled with fat. Despite appearing rather thin, the jowl are juicy & melt-in-the-mouth, thanks to little pockets of fat bursting with every bite.

I tried

Aged Pork Neck.
Just look at how amazing it looks even before it’s cook. Very flavourful & surprise at how tender the meat is given how thick it is. Pair it in the classic Korean style of wrapping in fresh lettuce leaves with ssamjang, raw garlic & green chilli, I'm in heaven.
