Went to Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice recently and lovedddd their chicken rice😍 Got 2 plates of roasted chicken rice, mapo tofu and sambal kangkong😋 Paid about $38 for this but really worth it because the chicken was so soft and tender!! Other items were also decent and it was filling👍🏻💯 Overall ratings 9/10 would definitely visit again!!🥰
Very yummy. Tasty and tender roast chicken with well cooked and not too soft noodles. Definitely a good meal for a single.
The winner is the braised pork. Chicken rice is ok but not as nice as I imagined. The hotplate toufu is simply not nice but still eatable.
Half Chicken ($16)
.
So it has been a while since I visited Go-Ang Pratunam’s shop in Bangkok that boasts snaking queues. Thankfully, a branch has opened up at the basement of Vivocity. We promptly ordered half a chicken and a soup. The chicken was surprisingly tender and silky smooth. However some parts were leaning towards the drier side. We were also rather perplexed as to the amount of pieces of meat that resembled chicken breast. There seemed to be too many pieces of breast meat as compared with the thigh meat.
A salty but not spicy dish, this plate is full of stem and lesser leafy kang Kong... If you like those big huge stem kang Kong and you don't mind spicy can try.
But I'm a chilli person, so this wasn't good enough for me.
This is really not bad, they use the prince noodle type where you can feel each individual noodle itself and not stick together.
The soup base uses the chicken rice soup.. Taste just right, of course towards salty side.. This is something I want to go for here.
