BUKO PANDAN: Generous portion of soft & crunchy coconut slices with soft jelly cubes; creamy & sweet with strong pandan taste; simple yet addictive sweet-ending dish..

Grilled tuna belly; meat is firm with a soft bite; smoky taste but slightly dry; the bottom part of the tuna belly is quite rubbery though..

Grilled squid is firm with crunchy bite; succulent with smoky taste..

Generous portion of beef & veggies in peanut sauce; meat is tender with some beefy taste; veggies are well-cooked with a light crunch; sauce is creamy thick yet tasted light with mild peanut taste..

First time trying the milk fish version sisig; taste surprisingly good with wide dimensional taste; no fishy taste; addition of lime elevate the taste; all ingredients complement each other well & makes me craving for more..
