I must say I didn’t enjoy the sweet bites as much as the savoury but I had a mighty fine time at Gaggan. Loved all the Indian courses. @gaggan_anand is a genius on this front. Word of advice, book soon as the restaurant will close in 2020 and try to score a seat at the Chef’s table. We didn’t manage to but we still had loads of fun.

Milk cakes made from Riesling

Utterly indulgent and decadent, lobster dosa! This was my favourite bite for the evening. So good that my dining companions said if only every Indian restaurants would serve their dosas this way. Indian tacos, they said! @gaggan_anand is indeed brilliant and I loved every one of his Indian courses. So good! This was our last savoury course and what a good way to end it.

I was expecting a charcoal flavoured bite but this was really one good bite! Charcoal pakora stuffed with lotus stem curry. So good.
