Hong Kong Street Chun Tat Kee (Serangoon)

Like to come here for their fish soup bee Hoon, and they have pig trotter vinegar occasionally (mostly not available / sold out) this is a spicy version with fragrant vinegar, not like some with vinegar too sour to drink.

Headed down to Serangoon North for this noodles which comes in dry and wet versions. The stall 生面滿佳香日美食opens early and usually closes before 11am. The early bird catches the worm. Thanks to @XieJiaFa for the rec!

Honestly, we did regret our choice of Laksa after awhile as it was getting too ger-lat over time. It was great when i cooked my magiee noodles in the Laksa broth though. They have the usuals you find in most steamboat shops - processed food, various meat (have to order), vegetables and seafood. They have some fried food as appetizers too which added points to my steamboat experience. Drinks and Ice-cream are free flow here! This meal costs me $26.80++ (dinner time). 😋
