$10 Nürnberger Dog
$4 Fries
$10 Pale Ale with passionfruit aroma
My favourite lunch/dinner hotdog place around Raffles. The hotdog bun used was the pretzel bun which gave it a slightly buttery taste. I loved it. The sausage is juicy and meaty - tasted real if you know what I mean, not those fake hotdogs. Also, the Nürnberger Dog also had potato salad & wholegrain mustard, topped with chives bits & mayonnaise. The flavours blended well together and excited my tastebuds with some of my favourite ingredients.
Fries are good as well. Thin cut, crispy yet not too oily. Dipped them in mayo + tomato/chili - simply my preferred way to eat em fries.
Pale Ale had the passion fruit aroma, and texture was not too bad. Pretty light and drinkable.
For a whole new perspective on hotdogs, visit Frank for their creative fusion takes on the humble sausage. These guys dish it out from Singapore's first and only food container! While the franks are creative, the menu is kept uncomplicated and simple, making it really easy to narrow down your choices. Go classic with the Nürnberger Dog ($10), sandwiched in a pretzel bun with potato salad, wholegrain mustard, mayonnaise and chives; the Tokyo Frank ($12) that tops a kurobuta pork sausage with miso dressing and bonito flakes; or the Curry Dog and Beer ($22, comes with a 300ml beer) at dinner. The latter is elevated with sauerkraut and crispy bacon, and is so good that Burppler Kenneth Lee declared it to be one of the tastiest ones he's had. Try it, and then tell us all about it. Lowenbrau lager is also served on draft (from $8 for 300ml).
Avg Price: $15 per person

A Long, snail shaped beef dog that's got just the right amount of bite is paired up with a satisfyingly toasty bun. My Favourite thing about this is the grilled onions coming together with the meat to give it a solid flavour punch! 👍🔥❤️
Pork sausage, wholegrain mustard, 7 cheese sauce, chive, mozzarella and yellow cheddar
Nürnberger sausage, potato salad, wholegrain mustard, mayonnaise, chive, pretzel bun
🥓 🥓🥓 for a start, but also just an absolutely solid tasting bun. It's not too soft, has just enough of a bite, and makes a heck of a companion for the meat within. This is FRANKly one of the better hot dogs I've eaten 😋
