Throwback: awesome Cordon Bleu @foodfoundry, and the price is below RM20! (Cheaper than the one at Secret Recipe). Highly recommended! 👍🏼👍🏼
Balance sourness and viscosity of tomato based gravy jives well with good amount of oil, garlic and basil, well cooked ingredients with right amount of light cheddar cheese topping.🧀 My friend was surprised when she saw I finished the dish, leaving a sparkle clean plate. Like ever happen. Delicious and wholesome indeed! 😄
Tiramisu in my book comes in the form of creamy cheese layers with spongy coffee-alcohol (Kahlúa anyone?) filled cake layers in between. However, Food Foundry's Almond Tiramisu (RM 13.00 pre-tax) has brought to my attention a new form of Tiramisu.
The tiramisu had a very creamy, but light fluffy cheese layer which may perhaps mean a high egg white content. But really, it was like cheese clouds in my mouth. The taste of the cheese layer wasn't over powering and did well to balance out the coffee sponge layer. Sweetness meets creaminess in a union of fluffyness and the crunchy caramelized almonds is the icing to the cake.
Perhaps instead for meatballs, cloudy might have wanted to give Tiramisu a go.
Like I said, I've never had a club sandwich that I didn't like. This was a very good one though, as it was packed with a lot of things other than just chicken breasts.
Waited quite long for the burger but thank god it taste good. However, the coffee is just okok only. This place was once famous with their signature Mille crepe but however, the quality drop already. It's expensive and doesn't really taste that good anymore.
Wasn't as great as people boasted about. It was just alright. Salted caramel was very sweet. RM 10 for vanilla. RM 13 for salted caramel. I would try their butterscotch walnut cake and cheesecake next time around. :) Food: 7/10
