I'm often attracted to zha jiang mian/jajangmyeon, although I'm usually disappointed by the locals cooking it. In this case, I expected Fong Kee to do better. This was not the worst and was edible, but would not warrant a return.

These steamed dumplings (10pcs, $7) from Foo Kee Delights were probably one of the best made-on-the-spot dumplings I've ever had in a hawker shop setting. One look and you could tell that the skin is thin, hence remaining soft (whilst pliable enough to hold the fillings together) and not becoming rubbery nor hard after a while. The fillings were superb as well - juicy, tender, fragrant, and simply delish 😋 This is quite pricey considering that the dumplings are pretty small, but for that quality I would strongly recommend it!
