Round up the gang for a crabby feast at this no-frills restaurant in SS2. Warning: This dinner comes with at least a 30-minute wait, so be sure to have a light bite before you start queueing. Start your meal with the super juicy and flavourful Chicken Wings (from RM3). The super fresh Crabs (from RM50/600g) are the main event here, and Burppler Terence Ong recommends having them two ways β steamed and doused in the delicious sweet and sour sauce. But wait, don't finish all the gravy! Order a plate of Fried Rice (from RM8) and drizzle it over β it's delicious.

We queued half an hour to try some of Klang Valleyβs most popular crab. The steamed crab was one of the two options (the other being sweet and sour). The steamed crab was fresh and the gravy was sweet although I doubt thereβs any Chinese wine in it. I personally preferred the sweet and sour version.
We queued 30 minutes for this to try some of Klang Valleyβs most popular crabs. One of the two cooking styles available here is the sweet and sour crab. The sauce was unique in its own way where it was tangy and slightly spicy. Wasnβt totally convinced by its popularity but was worth a try.
They serve their prawns either steamed or fried with garlic. The garlic prawns are very tasty π Loved the gravy so much I kept it after all the prawns were gone and ate it with my rice/bread.

This restaurant keeps it simple - they only have a few dishes, take it or leave it π Crab, fish, prawns and fried rice. Their special sauce tastes a bit like a mix of curry + chilli crab. A nice gravy that's tasty and not too spicy.
Crowds seem to have thinned out a lot since our last visit, but that's good cuz means no queue!

Juicy and flavourful, often sold out, be sure to order this at the start of your meal!
Amazing, delicious, heavenly, finger licking good - Can't find a better way to describe the spicy crabs, you have to try it to understand π One of my favourite places in town, with daily queues over the past years (more than 10 years?). The minimum order for crab is 900g (RM50/600g), sufficient for 2 pax. I usually don't stop there.... Will add on a small fried rice (RM8), some chicken wings (RM2.50/pair), toast bread (RM0.4/slice) and a bowl of gravy (RM3/bowl). For spicy food lovers, ADD THE GRAVY TO EVERYTHING, the rice, the bread (that's the whole purpose of getting toast bread anyways)!
Fun fact: Years ago, additional bowls of gravy came for free, but due to popular demand, they're pretty reluctant to provide - You'll only get a bowl after requesting for a few times. Guess they found a better way to handle it with extra charges - Customers willingly pay, you happily serve it π
Tip: Opens Tues-Sun 5pm to 11pm. Either be early or late to beat the queues. But be prepared to forgo the chicken wings if you're late, they sell out fast! Cash terms, pork free
Don't forget to grab a plate of chicken wings (RM 2.5-2.75 per piece - forgot the exact sorry βπ»οΈ) at Fatty Crab. These wings had the salty and crispy vibe to match with the savoury crab. Loved munching on this! β€οΈ
We got here overwhelmed by the long queue, but managed to be patient and wait for our table π ordered the famous Sweet and Sour Chili Crab (RM192 for 6 - didn't get to take note of the gm pricing βπ»οΈ).
Never a fan of shell-covered food as I would need extra effort before I could eat it, and to think we had to line up 30mins and wait for our food for a couple more, an impatient me would really be upset. π But the food served looked so gooood, tasted nice(!!) and we got to eat a lot of meat after cracking them shells π totally recommended! The chili sauce has just the right amount of sweet+sour+spicy taste which seeps inside the meat. Yumyum. π
I am not sure if this is an overhyped place as I haven't been eating crabs on the area (reason above lol) but it totally didn't disappoint :)
We finished at around 930 and there are still people in line π± better be early!
Seafood lovers must really come and try this! The crab is just fresh and the meat is well cooked. Tried the Sour Spicy Crab and it was just yums! Also, while waiting for the crab, you can also order the chicken wings at rm3 per pc. Definitely a thumbs up for Fatty Crab.
Note: if you want to eat at Fatty Crab, make sure u go early coz the queue is long...but the wait is sure worth it!
This popular seafood restaurant is perfect if you're celebrating Valentine's Day with a group of friends β after all, nothing quite bonds like rolling up your sleeves and digging your hands into some seriously good seafood! The crabs (RM89 per kg) are the star here, so be sure to build your menu around it. Dig into Fatty Crab's signature Sweet and Sour Crab, served with steamed or fried mantous to mop up the flavourful cravy. The umami rich Salted Egg Crab is also good β pair it with the Fried Rice (RM21) and, if you'd like to break the seafood monotony, Chicken Wings (RM2.20 per piece). Wash it all down with an ice cold Beer (from RM8) or Fresh Sugarcane Juice (RM1.50).
Chili crab(50RM for 600grams) π¦ .

Notice the unusual colour of the sauce - it is slightly sour which makes it really unique!! They cooked it with green chili instead of the usual red ones and the spiciness was not overpowering. The meat was fresh and sweet as well. Also, they serve toast instead of mantou which went surprisingly well with the sauce. Love itπ

Another interesting fact is that the restaurant has only 5 dishes (π±) allowing them to specialise and be really good in what they serve πππΌ Definitely recommend this!!! #ahungryweskl #burrple .

Famous for the crabs, this place is definitely a must try if you want some good crabs. They also have toasted bread and fried rice for you to eat along with the crabs and the gravy. The gravy is actually very tasty.
