Coarsely ground, heavily spiced, as subtle as a flying kick - you either like it or you don't. I quite liked it.
Boulud's charcuterie booth! Staff recommended the PâtĂŠ Grand-mère ($15) which was mainly made of chicken liver + pork jowl. It was actually my first time trying pâtĂŠ! One word: rich. Full chicken liver flavor, went well w toast and mustard grains. Could get used to this for breakfast/tea đ
Classic avocado on pumpernickel toast and a Well done poached egg yolkporn oozing out cutting into it !
I'm sure it will be nice to have it again in bread street kitchen Singapore as well during the weekends
