ENChanko Hotpot & Kamameshi (VivoCity)

Singapore’s only chanko hotpot specialty restaurant, the latest concept by the EN Group, recently opened in VivoCity. ENChanko Hotpot & Kamameshi offers the healthy hotpot stew like the Signature Tori Chankonabe that comes with antibiotic-free and free-range Jitori chicken and vegetables such as Beijing cabbage, Japanese leeks and beansprout special silver. Besides the chankonabe, the restaurant also specialises in kamameshi, a traditional Japanese rice dish cooked in a cast iron pot.
