Home-cooked dinner tonight! I must confess... I am a disaster in the kitchen! My sis was going to bathe and she had to abandon her bath because I was yelling for help so many times from the kitchen. So at the end I the day, it was mostly her cooking the chicken. We have Greek yoghurt, garlic powder marinated chicken, coated with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. And with baby arugula and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette.
