Slathered generously in a Thai tea drizzle, topped off with some crumble and a large scoop of, that's right, more Thai tea-flavoured ice cream! And the toaaaaast! I was torn between the shibuya toast, or the more manageable golden toast, and I would've ordered both if I had my way ๐ decided to go for the latter in the end - Golden Toast with Taro Kaya ($4.20), which came in little bite-sized delights, crisp and toasty, which went so well with the fragrant yam-scented spread. Tried the Matcha Shibuya toast, and the toast with taro yam dip. They were good! Sweet and crunchy. The portion was decent as well.
I liked the matcha Shibuya toast the most. The ice cream was not too sweet, which compliments the sweetness of the azuki beans and chocolate well.
One issue with the place is that it is kinda strange for everything to be self service, including the clearing of our trays. Some people didn't clear their plates, which meant that we needed to clear for them. And I mean they do sell proper food, like Tom Yam noodles, and even at the clearing area they didn't provide enough space for us to put those used bowls and plates.
