Ordered the Signature Pork Ribs and I was impressed with the generous portions and how tender they were. Comes with a choice of two sides as well; worth the $22++!!

Great to see that even at a 50% discount the portions were generous; the burritos my friend had were huge and there were a great many slices of steak and cheese for their Steak Burrito Bowl. And there were like 10 (i think) wings and drumlets altogether for their buffalo wings which is super worth it even at its original price of $12!! The Cheeseburger may look kinda limp but it did the job well; kinda reminded me of Shake Shack's version .

They specialise in gourmet hotdog sandwiches and the experience really is kind of like a slightly more atas one compared to eating at Subway. For starters, they have some interesting flavours such as the Truffle Egg Mayo and the Yuzu Crab Salad hotdogs, of which the latter is made from real crab meat as told to me by the staff there. For each sub you order ($8.80 ala carte for the Yuzu Crab salad one i tried), you get to pick which greens and sauce you want on your hotdog. They even have pomegranate seeds as a choice of topping! They are currently having a 1 for 1 promo till tmr where each order of a hotdog will entitle you to a free classic hotdog of theirs

So you get a main (la mian or rice bowl), a side, soup and a housepour tea for either $12+ or $15+ (depending on whether you choose an $8 or $11 main). Had the vinegared pork trotters for the side but the bone to meat ratio was too disproportionately in favour of the former :/ Had the Mr Su's Braised Pork La Mian which came with 5 pieces of tender braised pork with melt in your mouth fats for an extra decadent touch to the meal

Like seriously, i think there were like close to 20 beef cubes in their Wagyu Beef Bowl ($13.90) that comes with 3 sides and a sauce of your choice (i chose japanese sushi rice, kimchi and a sous vide egg and teriyaki sauce). And the beef was tender too. Also had their Norwegian Salmon Bowl ($11.90) which came with a pretty sizeable piece of salmon as well. Tasted good with the mentaiko sauce (which costs an extra dollar more) and which comes with 3 sides as well

Eating this by myself gave me a straight up food coma especially because there were 5 pancakes + a whole mountain of whipped cream + i indulged myself a bit too much with the syrups they had. What's unqiue about this place is that they offer coconut and guava syrup apart from the usual maple syrup! Pancakes weren't super fantastic but they were decently fluffy. Comes with macadamia nuts too which i chose not to have

Good variety of sashimi offered which were fresh. The truffle taste was also decently prominent here. Each lunch set is served with chawanmushi and miso soup too

For $4 this is a very good portion. This is more of the moist type of hokkien mee; prettt satisfying but I'm sure there are better ones in SG, please recommend some good ones if you know :) thanksss

Braised Beef Short Rib ($26++): Really tender beef that had a very subtle and enjoyable metled fats taste

My friends really enjoyed this dish and thought it was the best out of the 4 other items we ordered from the Colapranzo menu (review of that coming soon!). The white wine and garlic combined gave the pasta a strong and indulgent kick to it and the 3 tiger prawns were really fresh
