can’t remember the price decent tendon but not the best. didn’t really like the batter wasn’t very crispy but not that bad either. had better tendons before.
Price: 12.70
Good for a quick tendon fix. A little bland but not something that sauce couldn't fix. Left me looking for more rice, in fact.
From the Mixed Tendon, Vege Tendon, Anago Tendon and Ebi Lover Tendon. For any of the tendon choices that you pick, you will also get a side of smooth chawanmushi and miso soup.

Lunch with the boy at Tensho (beside cold storage at centerpoint basement 1) trying their Mixed Tempura Tendon ($14.90) consists of 1 fried onsen egg, 2 pieces fish, 2 shrimp, pumpkin, mushroom and bean
.
Not too bad for first try. Fresh ingredients, crisp batter and not too salty too. #cuisineparadiseeatout #tendon #japanesefood #burpple #foodblogger #tempura
Simple, affordable and fuss-free tendon!
For just S$14.90, you get a good sized mixed tempura donburi. Not only does it come with silky chawanmushi and rich miso soup, but different types of tempura like prawns, dory, mushroom, assorted vegetables, a supposed onsen egg (mine was over cooked though) and premium Japanese rice. One can choose to have either the original or spicy soy dressing to go with the tendon.
If I ever need a quick tendon fix, I'll be here!
Mixed Tendon comes with prawns, dory fish, onsen egg and vegetables served on Japanese rice, chawanmushi and miso soup.

10 tempura items stacked onto this bowl, drizzled with delicious homemade sauce that you can add more accordingly to your liking!
At Tensho, just like Kohaku, we get to choose whether we want Original or Spicy tendon sauce to go along with the Mixed Tendon and Vegetable Tendon. Wow the spicy sauce did sent some tingling hotness down our throats but defo not shiok enough for the spicy hot lovers. 😎
We were served with chawanmushi and miso soup once seated. The chawanmushi is smoother than the ones at Ginza Itsuki but the eggy taste was too subtle and light.
Although the portion is not as hearty as what we enjoy at Ginza Itsuki, the amount of rice was just right to have for lunch on weekdays (to prevent food coma) for people working around the area.
We tried a few tendons in town area and Tensho fares the best in terms of consistency, value for money, food texture, tendon sauce and most importantly, the crispiness and thinness of the batter. 😋
We thought that the sweetness and thickness of the tendon was just right. Also, they didn't try to drown the tempuras and submerge the rice with the sauce. 👍 Even after the tempuras gradually turned cold towards the end of the meal (Centrepoint's aircon quite strong sia), they remained rather crispy and didn't turn soggy. 😉
Not sure when this started but Ginza Itsuki became a benchmark for tendons in Singapore (of course Jap food in Japan cannot be compared with). Though I still prefer Ginza Itsuki's tendon, I see myself possibly visiting Tensho more often for its accessibility and being a pitshop on shopping days. 😊 And we didn't smell like tempuras after walking out the restaurant!
Here's another spot to satisfy tempura don cravings! Located within The Centrepoint, Tensho by MOF dishes out bowls of freshly fried tempura complete with an oozy onsen egg, along with chawanmushi and miso soup on the side. The menu is scaled down to only two items — Mixed Tendon ($14.90) or Vege Tendon ($13.90). Seize the chance to try it before the crowds flock here, and opt for the heartier Mixed Tendon. It comes with two fried prawns, dory fish, mushroom and assorted vegetables, all deep-fried a la order. Pro tip: Don't be shy to ask for more sauce if you prefer your tendon a little saucier.
Avg Price: $15 per person

New tendon spot everybody!!!! Love the mixed tendon — it's got long beans, TWO ebi prawns, mushroom, dory fish, brinjal, sweet potato and other vegetables that I cannot identify hahahha great price point too and every bowl comes with complimentary chawanmushi and miso soup. Ask for more sauce if you like your tendon saucier!
