L'Atelier Tiramisu (Clarke Quay Central)

One of the best tiramisus we've tried! The coffee flavour packs a punch with a tinge of alcohol. The mascarpone cheese was light and not gelat. We liked that the ladyfingers were moist but not overly wet as well! Definitely coming back to try their other flavours.

Classico ($7.90). We liked how moist the cake was and reminded me of the ones I’ve had in Italy. The mascarpone cream was light enough as well. If there’s anything I could pick on, I would like it if the sponge cake was a bit more fluffy.

Worth the buy though! Would come back for more exciting flavours

and now I've discovered a Tiramisu cafe in the basement of the central mall. We ordered the Classico and Pistachio flavour.

Tiramisu should have that strong espresso flavour with that tinge of liqueur. A good proportion of mascarpone cheese and soaked ladyfingers too. The Classico ticks all that a good tiramisu has! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Pistachio Tiramisu's nutty topping gives a nice contrasting nutty crunch to the soft creamy tiramisu cake.

Cherries makes it a bit soggy but give it fruity rich flavour, somehow it tastes less sweet than classic. I like both flavours and will definitely go back for more!

If you love Tiramisu this is the place you should patronize! Omg! Rich and creamy in texture with hints of espresso, the fresh heavy dairy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, good vanilla and RUM. The cake was perfect rich, moist, delicate, fluffy and SUPERB YUMMY!!! You know when the pastry chef uses good ingredients, as you don’t feel guilty after non stop amount of bites. 🙊

Great piece of classic tiramisu for all tiramisu lovers out there!! It has a smooth texture and a mild sweetness in it. But maybe it's just me but there is a hint of alcohol inside or something that taste like alcohol.

Each piece of classic tiramisu is $7.20

While the other flavour was quite disappointing as it just taste like lavender tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked in lavender syrup. Though there’s small chocolate balls and cereals to add some crunch and sweetness to the cake, overall it just reminds me of lavender aroma oil..
