Despite the limited options for Lunch, it's still quite filling for us since we spam the meats. We had the Beauty Collagen soup and Miso Seaweed soup. Both were savoury, tasty and appetising in it own way but I prefer the collagen more since I a sucker for it. Quality flavoured soup for this amount, I am sold.🙌

Love their smooth & soft honeydew too as its hard to find a good one in buffet if you know what I mean. Watermelon were big, fresh & juicy. Barley with Gingko nuts was sweet, chilled and nicely cooked.😋

The three soup bases that we have tried are the Beauty Collagen Soup, Tangy Tomato and Miso Seaweed with the latter being the unanimous favourite for the creamy texture and umami flavour. As the buffet is served ala-carte style, you can select the items from the order sheet and have them delivered to your table conveniently. From fresh greens and seafood to a selection of meats such as chicken, marinated beef and pork belly, you will have an enjoyable steamboat dining experience. While waiting for the food to be cooked or in between the steamboat, you can also order cooked food from Korean chicken wings, mala xiang guo to Korean pancake and japchae.
With a minimum of 2 paying pax to dine, prices start from $16.90 for an adult for buffet lunch (Monday-Friday) or $26.90 on weekends and public holidays. Dinner for an adult is priced at $26.90 from Monday to Thursday and $28.90 from Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays.

I would have to say my second visit was more pleasant than the first!
Finally managed to try the chicken wings and it was soooooo good. This time we chose Collagen and Tomato Soup base, and it was heavenly as the collagen can be abit gelak after drinking too much and the tomato refreshes the palette. It's gonna be my default combi!
It was less crowded than the last time I was there, hence the level of customer service given to each customer was higher. The staff were courteous, polite and attentive, great job! 👍🏼
Located at Orchard Gateway@Emerald, Goro Goro seems to attract a crowd of both young and old that are in the mood for some comforting steamboat fun.
With 6 soup bases to choose from (Mala, Tom Yum, Beauty Collagen, Ginseng Chicken, Tomato & Vegetarian) as well as a nice selection of cooked dishes and steamboat items, Goro Goro provides a pleasant dinning experience especially so as an affordable steamboat buffet option in town. Having the Collagen and Ginseng Chicken, I found both to be light yet flavourful. The items were fresh and the cooked dishes such as the japchae was decent.
The food items here are generally nice to have, though my stomach wasn't able to tank the Mala soup and left me in a stomachache after a while.
Nice to have talked to @elimchew77thstreet while on my way out to realise that she owns this buffet place (only realized beforehand that she owns KOKOMAMA)!
When their boiling broth is ready for you, it goes GOROGORO like the bubbling sound 😂
Prices for lunch range from $14.90 to $24.90 and dinner range from $24.90 to $26.90 and you will access to 50-70 selections of food, both steamboat items and cooked food!

With such affordable steamboat buffet, you won't go hungry - 70 selections of meat, vegetables and cooked food. In frame we have the "Beauty Collagen", "Mala" and "Tomato" soup base for our steamboat feast. .
My personal favourite would be the collagen broth (at least boiled for 12 hours omggg) slightly diluted but at the same time happy that it's light on the palate, plus it's COLLAGEN so need to drink more 😂😂 .
* We even had round two with Ginseng Chicken, Tomyum and Vegetarian soup bases🙈

Korean style Steamboat buffet for lunch at @GoroGoroSG in @OrchardGateWaySG, which was opened last month by the people behind I Am Kim.
With great view of orchard road outside.
3 kind of soup base pot : Collagen, Mala & Ginseng.
Default is 2 soup base pot, topup $5++ for 3 soup base pot.
The collagen soup, which was highly recommended by the staff and cooked long hours overnight, was milky and creamy in taste. Best for vegetables which soaked up the flavours. The ginseng one a tab salty. If you added seaweed to it, it would be left with the seaweed taste.
By the way both ginseng and Mala used the same soup base when refilling.
