Pictured 150g, which is the minimum order
Good as ever. No crisp but the texture was special. Probably travels well
The char Siew was all fat , no meat . The duck was ok . Prob the best part of the dish was the Chili
You get to choose 2 out of the 3 choices: BBQ Pork / Pork Belly / Duck. If you want extra meat itβs technically adding only a dollar. Since single ingredient rice / noodles are priced at $8.80.
That's enough. Not forgetting the ζ΅ζ²ε

Hits and misses for London Fat Duck; the duck meat was exceptionally fragrant (herbal?) w good mix of fat and meat. Char siew was too tough and overcooked, pork belly was good but too lean to enjoy the crackling skin and texture (2 choices of meat w egg noodles at $9.80) be sure to try their steamed rice rolls ($5.80)! Incredibly soft, melt-in-your-mouth rice rolls w crunchy fresh prawns.
Even with a lower fat to meat ratio, each piece is so good to savour slowly, with all the caramelized goodness. #pearlspectives
BBQ Pork with Honey Sauce, the smoky meat has a sweet caramelized exterior and slightly charred bits.
