Decent prawn mee, very generous with the clams. Iād say itās a good halal rendition. This was $6!
$7 for this really generous yummy bowl of prawn mee and clams! Donāt think itās been easy finding halal prawn mee in Singapore, so Iām always excited to have this. Really worth the price for the fresh ingredients used, generous portions and really flavourful broth.
I tried both dry and soup, and my personal preference, soup is better than dry
The soup was sweet even though they don't use pork at all, but its too light and not flavourful enough for my liking.
Served with 3 fresh prawns and slice fishcakes.
š°$7.

Awesome bowl of soup noodles.
Succulent crayfish & prawn, flavourful soup, sliced fish cake.
Really enjoyed it a lot.
Feast.
I honestly couldnāt tell that there wasnāt any pork in this broth or that this was halal! A couple of prawns and a copious amount of clams, this was definitely an enjoyable bowl thatās worth the slightly steep price tag.

Just heard about @denisedeanna ās Deanneās Kitchen and the awesome prawn noodles and by a stroke of luck chanced upon it while queuing for carrot cake. Wow, for a bowl of halal prawn noodles, I would never have guessed that the soup is made from absolutely zero pork bones. Definitely not too sweet nor did it felt dessert-like. The sweetness from the clams was just right. Ingredients were so generous and I love how the soup was lacking in the usual oiliness. Yellow mee with thin beehoon is a match made in heaven and I wonāt have it any other way!
